You need solar charge controllers to connect the solar panels to the battery. They regulate the charging of the battery and control the flow of current from the PV module to the battery. 12V DC loads can be connected directly to the charge controllers and controlled.

All our MPPT solar charge controllers can be made internet-enabled via a Wi-Fi dongle. This allows you to view power generation data directly on your smartphone at any time, as well as view and adjust many other parameters. And not just at home, but from anywhere you have an internet connection.
