The Deye SUN-20K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 is a modern three-phase hybrid inverter for high-performance photovoltaic and storage systems. With 20 kW AC rated power, support for 48V lithium and lead-acid batteries, and extensive backup and energy management functions, it is ideal for single-family homes, multi-family homes, and smaller commercial applications. High flexibility for battery storage

The inverter processes up to 40 kWp PV power and has two independent MPPT trackers, each with two string inputs. This allows different roof orientations and partial shading to be managed efficiently. The MPPT voltage range of 160 to 650 V ensures high flexibility in system planning.

Maximum self-consumption optimization

With six freely programmable charge and discharge time windows, electricity consumption, self-consumption and dynamic electricity tariffs can be optimally utilized. Excess solar energy is intelligently stored and made available again when needed.

Reliable emergency power supply

In the event of a power outage, the inverter continues to supply consumers from the battery and PV system. The off-grid function enables a stable backup power supply for important consumers. For a short time, the device can provide twice its rated power to reliably handle the starting currents of pumps, compressors or power tools.

This offer is available in two versions, one with 0% VAT and one with 19% VAT. According to new legal regulations as of January 1, 2023, purchasing with 0% VAT is subject to certain conditions. These depend, among other things, on the intended use.

Pay particular attention to the requirement of whether this item is to be used near a residence, e.g., for a balcony solar system. In this case, the 0% VAT rate may apply.
For example, use in mobile areas away from residences, e.g., camping, is not subsidized. In this case, you must purchase the item with 19% VAT.

Conditions for 0% VAT

It has been legally decided that for the purchase of solar systems, associated components, and delivery and installation services, a value-added tax rate of 0% applies from January 1, 2023, provided certain conditions are met.

The new legal regulation is set out in Article 9 of the JStG 2022 and by amending § 12 UStG and adding the new paragraph 3.

If you purchase this offer at a VAT rate of 0% for photovoltaic products or associated components, you confirm the following points upon conclusion of the purchase, which are mandatory prerequisites:

• You are buying as a private individual

• You are the operator of the photovoltaic system yourself

• The ordered products will be part of a photovoltaic system with a total installed capacity of no more than 30 kWp according to the market master data register (MaStR)

• The photovoltaic system will be installed near private homes, apartments, as well as public and other buildings used for activities serving the public good

The confirmation is made in accordance with GTC §6 "Purchase of solar products with 0% VAT rate", which you must agree to upon purchase and conclusion of the contract.

If not all required conditions are met and you still wish to purchase the item, an additional 19% VAT must be charged according to the law. In this case, please contact us before completing the purchase.

Should a subsequent check reveal that the required conditions were not actually met and this leads to a tax claim by the tax office, Innomate is entitled to subsequently claim damages from the buyer.
