Conditions 0% VAT

It has been legally decided that for the purchase of solar systems, associated components, and delivery and installation services, a value-added tax rate of 0% applies from 1 January 2023, provided certain conditions are met.

The new legal regulation is made in Article 9 of the JStG 2022 and by the amendment of § 12 UStG and the addition of the new paragraph 3.

If you purchase this offer, at a VAT rate of 0% for photovoltaic products or associated components, you confirm the following points upon purchase, which are mandatory conditions:

• You are buying as a private individual

• You are the operator of the photovoltaic system yourself

• The ordered products will be part of a photovoltaic system with a total installed capacity of no more than 30 kWp according to the market master data register (MaStR)

• The photovoltaic system is installed near private homes, apartments, as well as public and other buildings used for activities serving the common good

The confirmation is made in accordance with §6 of the General Terms and Conditions "Purchase of solar products with 0% VAT", which you must agree to upon purchase and conclusion of the contract.

Should not all conditions be met as required and you still wish to purchase the item, according to law, an additional 19% VAT must be charged. In this case, please contact us before completing the purchase.

Should it be found during a subsequent review that the required conditions were indeed not met and the tax office demands additional tax, Innomate is entitled to claim damages from the buyer retrospectively.
