The assembly of the battery box and installation of the battery cells from the supplied individual components may only be carried out by persons with appropriate expertise, skills, and qualifications. The responsibility for the proper installation and operation of the overall product lies with the future owner.

Only available for German citizen with delivery and installation in Germany.
Customers from other countries have to choose the 19% version.

This offer is available in two variants: one with 0% VAT and one with 19% VAT. According to the new legal regulation, purchasing with 0% VAT from January 1, 2023, is subject to certain conditions. These depend, among other things, on the intended use.

Please pay particular attention to the requirement of whether this item is to be used near a residence, e.g., for a balcony solar system. In this case, the 0% VAT rate may apply.
For example, use in mobile areas away from residential areas, e.g., for camping, is not subsidized. In this case, you must purchase the item with 19% VAT.

Please note the prerequisites in this regard, which are described at the end of the item description and in detail in our General Terms and Conditions in § 6 "Purchase of solar products with 0% VAT rate". By purchasing, you legally declare that you meet these requirements.

Conditions for 0% VAT

It has been legally decided that for the purchase of solar systems, associated components, and delivery and installation services from January 1, 2023, a VAT rate of 0% applies, provided certain conditions are met.

The new legal regulation is implemented in Article 9 of the JStG 2022 and by amending § 12 UStG and adding the new paragraph 3.

If you purchase this offer at a VAT rate of 0% for photovoltaic products or associated components, you confirm the following points upon completion of the purchase, which are mandatory prerequisites:

• You are buying as a private person

• You are the operator of the photovoltaic system yourself

• The ordered products will be part of a photovoltaic system with a total installed capacity of no more than 30 kWp according to the market master data register (MaStR)

• The photovoltaic system will be installed near private homes, apartments, as well as public and other buildings used for activities serving the common good

Confirmation is made according to GTC §6 "Purchase of solar products with 0% VAT rate", which you must agree to upon purchase and contract conclusion.

If not all prerequisites are met as required and you still wish to purchase the item, 19% VAT must be charged additionally according to the law. In this case, please contact us before completing the purchase.

Should it be found during a subsequent review that the required conditions were not actually met and that there is a tax claim by the tax office, Innomate is entitled to subsequently claim damages from the buyer.
